About the Location:
The images are captured in a remote desert near Death Valley, California, the hottest place in North America. When the air temperature hits 120°F the ground temperature bakes near 200°F. The noon silence is thick. Only insects, lizards and scorpions survive the heat. People die without shade. Violent late afternoon dust storms settle at sunset. will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
