You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full credit card refund. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the item you are requesting, please provide credit card information on the return form and will charge your account accordingly. No Hassle Clothing Returns
Shopping online can be a great experience. However, you may hesitate when buying clothes since you cannot try the items on before your purchase. Don’t worry. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations. As you may know, we cannot accept any previously worn or washed clothing item for refund or exchange, or any item showing visible signs of use.
The clothing return policy is good for 10 days after delivery. Please contact us before the 10 days are up so we can send you a return form and take care of the matter quickly. If possible, please return your clothing in the original packaging. You may keep the Truth Card and Heavenly Blue Morning Glory seeds that come free with all Seeds™ clothes as our gift to you.
Other Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Soil and Seeds™ item we will refund or exchange the item when you contact us within 10 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and, if possible, in the original package. For exchanges we will pay the shipping charges to send you the new items. For both returns and exchanges you are responsible for charges to ship the original item to us.
