Classes of Mail (USA)
First Class Mail: The most cost effective method. 13 ounce weight limit. 3-7 business days.
Parcel Post: Also called 'ground' shipping. Not available for all purchases. 3-7 business days.
Priority Mail: If getting your package fast is your top priority, Priority Mail offers the best value. 2-3 business days.
Express Mail: If getting your package overnight is your highest priority, then Express Mail is the best choice.
Classes of Mail (Outside the USA)
Global Express Mail: Global Express Mail™ offers three-to-five-day service. Prices start at $15.50.
Order Processing
Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after receipt of order, although we strive to ship faster. A detailed confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address given during checkout. Rush items can be processed faster - please contact us to let us know. Out of stock items: please allow an extra 21 days to process your complete order.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect information supplied at the time of purchase, so please double-check your information before submitting your order.
International Orders
We can ship to most addresses in the world.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail for all international orders to ensure smooth and reliable delivery and minimize customs delays. International shipping rates are charged at cost plus a small handling fee for additional customs paperwork.
International orders must be paid in full by credit card before we ship the products. Because of the need to protect our customers from fraud and identity theft, orders shipping to overseas addresses will, at a minimum, be verified via email before processing. Please respond to our email otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Customs Fees for International Orders
Please check with local postal authorities about potential VAT (value added tax) or other customs fees. You are responsible for paying them to receive your product.
